The City and County of Denver is accepting bids for an Enterprise Content Management System.
Herein, you will find the Solicitation materials and the accompanying attachments that are required for bid package response #1. We recommend reviewing the document titled “CCD ECM Bid Package Request” first, as it will provide an overview, detailed instructions and guidance for how to complete all of the required attachments
Overview:
The current Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution, was planned to be upgraded in the 2nd half of 2021 but due to many intersecting risks, issues, and dependencies, it was decided best to close the project and reassess a path forward. Lessons learned from that project revealed additional items that make it necessary to consider a new Enterprise Content Management platform for the City’s documents.
The City and County of Denver is proposing to solicit, score, and select a replacement ECM solution. After the competitive selection process is complete, project resources may be required for solution implementation and the migration of existing documents, metadata, and processes. This may involve development, data migration, server configuration, etc.
