Description

High energy costs burden low-income households and nonprofits, often forcing them to divert funds from essential needs. The Energy Efficiency Services Program aims to alleviate these costs by offering energy audits, upgrades, and educational resources.

The City and County of Denver (the "City"), through the Agency for Human Rights & Community Partnerships (HRCP), is inviting proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations and faith-based communities to deliver Energy Efficiency Services. The contract term will begin on March 1, 2025 (subject to any contract violations) and will run through December 31, 2026. Selection of the nonprofit organization(s) will be based on the criteria outlined in this RFP.
