The goal of this Project is to provide Professional Services On-Call services in 14 distinct planning and engineering services. These contracts will be used to support delivery of DOTI capital projects and programs. Each category has a specific scope of work that supports different project delivery needs. Selection committees will use the criteria below to make selections in each category. Awarded contracts for each firm will be executed to include all selected categories.

Additional Bidding Instructions

The project RFQ documents must be downloaded from Bidnet Direct. Submittals must be received by 10:00 a.m. local time on June 24, 2025, via the online electronic bid service through www.bidnetdirect.com/cityandcountyofdenverdoti. Late submissions will not be accepted. As a condition of responsiveness, the Commitment to MWBE Participation (for each category for which you are choosing to propose), DSBO Program Requirements Handbook - Signature Statement, and MWBE Utilization Plan (one plan for each category for which you are choosing to propose) must be returned with the RFQ submittal as Package 2.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Please submit Consultant/Subconsultant hourly rates and classifications in Envelope 2 of the Bid Submission Process provided in BidNet. This document will not be evaluated as part of the qualifications process, nor provided to the selection panel. The rate sheets must be uploaded in BidNet separately from your Submittal to be found responsive to this solicitation. Should your firm be awarded a contract, the rates and classifications will be used for negotiation of scope and fee, and invoicing purposes. A rate sheet must be completed for the Prime Consultant and each Subconsultant and combined into a single file uploaded into Envelope 2 of the Bid Submission Process provided in BidNet. The rate sheets must be submitted in this manner and kept separate from the RFQ Submittal PDF document in Envelope 1.
