Bids will be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service, Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing (“BidNet”). Bids must be submitted via BidNet no later than June 5, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list on BidNet for bids to be accepted. To access the electronic bid form, download the required documents from BidNet and complete the Unit Item Pricing in the Documents & Items section of the solicitation. • Additionally, addenda and/or notices will be sent by email notification via BidNet at least 5 business days prior to bid due date. Any issued addenda must be acknowledged in the bid form on BF-11, as outlined in further detail in IB-6 INFORMAL AND UNBALANCED BIDS of the Bid Document Package on BDP-5.
• A bid bond (BF-15) must also be provided and included with the bid form. Please reference IB-8 BID GUARANTEE of the Bid Document Package on BDP-5 for further instruction.
