This request is for a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a qualified vendor to provide Professional Parking Operations Management services at Denver International Airport (DEN). This includes, but is not limited to, revenue collection, traffic management, parking management, virtual customer service agents and vehicle services. This contract is a deviation from the previous structure which increases employee wages while overall reducing costs to DEN. The contract includes a five (5) year term with two (2) one-year options to extend.
