This is a Notice of Pre-Solicitation (NPS) of an Upcoming Opportunity at DEN. A formal solicitation shall be posted for a competitive Request for Proposals to select a vendor to manage the design and buildout of DEN 'Routes World' exhibitor booth for three years (one for each year 2024, 2025, and 2026). The Air Service Development team at DEN attends and exhibits at the annual 'Routes World' conference to retain and expand domestic and international air travel through DEN. Create a visually appealing booth for the annual 'Routes World' conference in years 2024, 2025 and 2026, with a layout and enough space that is conducive to host meetings, have impromptu conversations, host an interactive activity and allow for display and storage of our promotional materials. Routes World 2024 will take place in Bahrain. The locations of Routes World in 2025 and 2026 are not yet known. Description of Work: Design and construct a booth for the annual Routes World conference that ensures maximum visibility of DEN assets (brand, images, and videos). The Division of Small Business Opportunity Office has established that no DSBO program will apply. The estimated project cost range $265,000 to $300,000.
