This is a Notice of Pre-Solicitation (NPS) of an Upcoming Opportunity at DEN. A formal solicitation shall be posted for a competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) process to select a qualified contractor to provide a fully operational Ground Transportation System (GTS) including automated taxi dispatching and install of GTS to monitor commercial transportation vehicles such as taxis, buses, limousines, Transportation Network Company (TNC’s) etc. as they pick up and drop off passengers at Denver International Airport (DEN). The automated taxi dispatch will include remote queue and short trip capabilities. The GTS will have an external facing portal to allow operator's access and ability to make changes to their account with final approval of changes from DEN. The system will use modern, proven technology (hardware and software) that can read vehicle identifiers (examples: license plate, ID tags), provide access, and integrate with DEN’s invoice generating system so that the appropriate charges can be assessed. The current system is a critical component for ground transportation commercial vehicle access. The new system will play a key part in reporting trip charges for invoicing the collections of revenue. No DSBO Goals are assigned to this opportunity.
