Denver International Airport (DEN) is a community of more than 43,000 employees who work for the
City and County of Denver, federal agencies, airline partners, concessionaires, construction companies
and other private enterprises in support of DEN’s traveling passengers. DEN needs to quickly and
directly communicate with airport employees about weather, construction impacts, operational changes
and other events that may impact safety or airport operations, as well as non-urgent airport news,
badging service access and other airport information that helps employees do their jobs better.
Duration: The DEN employee app contract term will be for three years, with the option of two one-year
extensions based on performance and business needs. 1. General Scope of Work (SOW): DEN seeks a
comprehensive, user-friendly Employee Communication App to enhance internal communication,
increase employee engagement, and streamline information sharing across all departments and
locations. The app should support multi-platform access (iOS, Android, Web) and integrate seamlessly
with existing systems. The employee app should allow the airport to post news items and other content
and push notifications for time-sensitive safety or operational impacts in a user-friendly and adaptable
format.
