Information Requested; and does not commit the City to any specific form of procurement or delivery method. The responses to this RFI will inform planning efforts by the City, which may result in the launch of a formal procurement. This RFI does not initiate a formal procurement or represent a commitment to issue a Request for Qualifications, Request for Proposals, or Request for Bids in the future.

If in the City’s sole discretion it is determined that one Proposal is the best option for the City, the City reserves the right to forgo any further procurement efforts and enter into contract negotiations based of the results from this RFI.
