Guided tours will be available on April 15, April 16, and April 17, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to noon or from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily. Proposers will select tour date and time on a first-registered, first-served basis. Each proposer must pre-register to take advantage of the optional guided tour and confirm they meet the minimum qualifications as described in II. Scope of Work section. Attendance is limited to 5 team members per proposer. DEN staff will be in touch after registration to obtain the names and the required security clearance information for each attendee as noted below, for those not currently badged at DEN. Visitor badges are required to access locations beyond security and can be picked up at the Airport Office Building starting 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour. Though DEN staff will lead the tour, they will be unable to answer RFP related questions, and all questions must be submitted to BidNet for an official response. Answers are only considered official when posted to BidNet. Any answers to questions that are not posted to BidNet are considered unofficial and have no merit.
