DEN is looking for a creative on-call marketing, advertising, media, communications and design firm (Agency) to provide DEN with cost-effective, thoughtful, strategic marketing plans and executions that are based in sound business reason and measurable with actionable analytics. DEN desires to have one marketing and advertising agency of record to bring diversity of thought, skillset and unique specialties in order to service projects and initiatives of various and size and caliber. This RFP is being proposed as a three-year engagement with the potential to extend an additional two years. Due to the nature of onboarding agencies with branding, marketing and creative services, the ramp-up is considerable and time consuming and as such, we have included a five-year budget should DEN decide to exercise the extension options. The budget was established based on previous needs for the areas identified. Agency work in the past has benefitted numerous departments throughout DEN and in particular those that have revenue impact on DEN. Paid media campaigns for parking, concessions and job fairs are some examples of how our agency of record has been able to reach a greater audience on our behalf. They have also sculpted campaigns and promotions that benefit DEN as a whole including the conspiracy theory campaign that has not only garnered passenger attention, but ongoing media and influencer attention for several years producing earned media. Our agency is an extension of our creative department and brings diversity of thought and skillset to DEN.
