This request for a competitive Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to select a qualified contractor for the 75th and Gun Club Site Readiness project at Denver International Airport (DEN). This project will complete site drainage and utility improvements identified for the Real Estate development parcel at the northwest corner of E 75th Ave (off-ramp) and Gun Club Rd. Preparing and enabling the site includes reconfiguration of an existing drainage swale into a piped network, rough grading, new water quality detention basin, and sanitary sewer connection to the limits of the development site.
