This RFP is being solicited by the Office of Climate Action, Sustainability and Resiliency (CASR) and aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve indoor air quality, improve local resilience to climate impacts including extreme heat events and advance equity in Denver through the development and implementation of a residential energy program focused on holistically upgrading homes for income qualified households and multifamily building (where X% of units are income qualified within the multifamily buildings), with an emphasis on those living with chronic respiratory conditions. The program will provide easy access to services to electrify residential buildings and, where needed, incorporate weatherization, indoor health and safety, mold remediation, solar on or off-site and pre-wiring for electric vehicles.
