The Office of Children’s Affairs (OCA) is committed to supporting organizations that serve youth and young adults through a variety of initiatives that provide:

Support for innovative programs that engage youth
Increase connection to community and caring adults
Support the develop of social and emotional skills
Increase involvement in pro-social activities

To streamline our process, we are combining three evidenced-based strategies for supporting youth into a single application and contracting process for the period of January 1-December 31, 2022.
