RFP-12-19 - Youngfield Restroom Renovation

Summary of Specifications:
The City is requesting submittals from Design-Build Teams (D-B Teams) interested in the renovation project of the restroom building located at 4150 Youngfield St. Wheat Ridge Co. 80033. The existing restroom will be converted from a self composting restroom to a sanitary sewer/conventional flush type toilet system. The project includes, but is not limited to, designing, furnishing and installing new systems, equipment, concrete and finishes and includes removal of the existing equipment and systems. The anticipated start date is August 2012 and substantial completion is estimated for October 2012. The all inclusive cost estimate is $135,000.00; inclusive of all labor, materials and equipment for design, surveying, tie-ins, storm water compliance, permits (if any), inspections and construction.
