Provide all labor, equipment and materials, except those materials specified to be provided by City: Approximate quantities include: 525 LF of elevated timber-framed boardwalk with foundations, steel cable railing and composite decking, 620 LF of crusher fines trail, 1 timber-framed elevated viewing deck and 2 concrete pedestrian ramps. See Attachment A, Specifications and Exhibit 1 Plans. Estimated budget $200,000. Anticipated start date is September 15, 2009. Completion time is approximately 60 calendar days.
