ITB-15-15 - Tabor Street Reconstruction

Summary of Specifications:
Provide all labor, equipment and materials for approximately: 3,500 SY of asphalt removal, 1,700 tons of hot mix asphalt, 4,400 LF of striping, 1,800 LF of concrete curb/gutter, 900 SY of concrete sidewalk and pavement, 13 LED pedestrian lights, 750 SY of sod and seeding and 17 trees with irrigation, and 4 benches and trash cans. Cost range is ~ $700,000. Contract Goal - 15% DBE participation. Davis-Bacon wages apply. THIS Project is funded through RTD with Federal FTA funds, therefore the awarded contractor must adhere / comply to the Federal terms, and acting as the City will be bound to each and every term and condition outlined in RTD-Project Special Provisions document, Exhibit B and is required to submit the necessary certifications.
