Summary of Specifications:
The goal is to contract with one qualified firm to provide exceptional Right of Way services using their own staff. Services shall include, but not be limited to, chemical week control, mowing and trimming, trash and debris removal, sidewalk / median cleaning and/or blowing in designated City of Wheat Ridge right of way turf and sidewalk areas. Services shall be provided on an as-needed, where-needed basis, as directed by the City.

All herbicide applicators must have a minimum of one year experience in weed control and have current Colorado Department of Agriculture licenses. Proof of licensing is required.
