Summary of Specifications:
The City is requesting proposals from licensed Concessionaires for lease and concession contract for operation of the City-owned concessions facility at the Anderson Park Pool located at 4355 Field Street in Wheat Ridge. The anticipated start date is Memorial Day weekend 2013 and the completion date is the third week of August, 2013. Term is for one year with the option to renew for five additional one-year renewal periods.
