Summary of Specifications:
The City of Wheat Ridge is seeking to contract for various demolition services including but not limited to: labor and equipment, demolition of commercial and residential buildings, fencing, utility locates, debris (building, foundation, waste, etc.) and graffiti removal, grading, site clean up, boarding, and related services. This scope does not include asbestos abatement services. Work is on an as-needed basis for projects up to $25,000. Term is for one (1) year with the option to renew for three one-year renewal periods.
