Description

Summary of Specifications:
The City is soliciting proposals for professional cleaning services at eight City-owned facilities, divided in two groups for proposal response purposes and possibly the award basis. All janitorial related equipment will be furnished by Contractor, except as otherwise described. Frequency of work varies, and this is a performance-based contract specifying intended outcomes with little need for city staff to exert much oversight. The City may award to more than one firm. Attendance at the mandatory site/job walk(s) is required.
