Summary of Specifications:
The City seeks a qualified contractor to provide construction services of a 2.5 acre neighborhood park located at 44th Avenue and Kendall Street. The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to: demolition, grading, landscaping, irrigation, concrete walks, two asphalt parking lots, shade shelters, playgrounds, site furniture and site pedestrian & parking lot lighting. The budget for these services is estimated at approximately $850,000.
