RFQ-JN-12-22 - On-Call Land Surveying - GIS Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Wheat Ridge Public Works Department is seeking qualified individuals or firms to provide On-Call Land Surveying/ Geographical Information System (GIS) Services for the City. This is a one year agreement with the option to renew for three (3) one year periods. 

The Consultant will make available the necessary resources to support the City on an on-call basis. The Consultant will provide Professional Land Surveying Services through its own forces, and may utilize sub-consultants for Asset Management, GIS, and aerial photography/ LiDAR services only. Consultant will, under the general direction of the Projects Supervisor or his designated representative, furnish experienced, professional surveying and/or GIS personnel who may function as if they were an extension of City staff, while remaining exclusively the employees of the consultant, an independent contractor, or supply the necessary Services to supplement the City Engineering Division staff.
