Description

The City of Wheat Ridge is seeking to contract with a firm that provides plan review and building inspection services including but not limited to field inspections (NOT elevator inspections) associated with the City's building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural and residential codes, and to assume the functions and responsibilities of the Building Official in the absence os the City CB0 (when so delegated).
Minimum certification and years of experience must be met. See the RFP document for more details.
