Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this project is to replace the existing metal roof panels on one roof areas above the Court at the Wheat Ridge Municipal Building. Active leaks have been reported over approximately 3,810 square feet of roof area over selected court rooms. The roof has existing exposed fastener system with a 2 1/4:12 roof pitch and no roof penetrations. Work includes labor, materials, equipment, supervision and all incidentals.
