Awarded contractor shall provide labor, equipment, materials and supplies needed to reconstruct three portions of the trail to alleviate existing ADA noncompliance conditions, one at Johnson Park (Site A), and improve two sections of substandard trail that do not meet current City of Wheat Ridge trail design standards (Sites B and C). Project includes, in part, removal, disposal and replacement of asphalt and concrete along the south side of Clear Creek and construction of a new concrete parking lot. Anticipated start date is early September 2017, and completion time is approximately 50 working days.
