Summary of Specifications:
The City of Wheat Ridge seeks a qualified firm to provide all labor, equipment, and materials for the 2012 Slurry Seal Project. Approximate quantities include: Base Bid -- 175,000 SY slurry, 500 SY patching, 5,000 SF striping. Four (4) alternate bids: 105,000 SY slurry, 25,000 SF striping. Cost range is $675,000 - $725,000. Anticipated start date is mid-May 2012. Completion time is approximately twenty (20) working days plus eleven (11) working days for all specified bid alternates. A pre-bid conference will NOT be held for this project.
