THIS IS A REISSUE FROM EARLIER DOCUMENT, IT IS STILL THE SAME BID AND BID NUMBER. 

Provide all labor, equipment and materials. This project is to remove the existing plaster pool finish from the Leisure Pool and Spa, replace any broken or damaged tiles, prep the entire surface for a new application of Diamond-Brite, and perform final clean-up. After the new finish is applied, fill the pool and chemically balance using owner’s pool chemicals prior to turning back over to the owner. See Exhibit A an B Scope of Work. All reference to UV Installation is deleted from Exhibit A Scope of Work. The estimated budget is $108,000. The start date is August 24, 2009 and work must be completed by September 4, 2009.
