Summary of Specifications:
The City is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide consulting services, as follows: The City has allocated up to $15,000 for completion of deliverables to include review of existing plans and documents, meeting with City staff and housing partners, preparation of Community Profile, analysis of current housing market and trends in demand, identification of challenges in Wheat Ridge, strategies to improve housing issues in the City. The anticipated start date is February, 2013 and the completion date is (60) sixty days after agreement is executed.
