RFQ-JN-15-16 - Design Build Leisure Pool Renovations

Summary of Specifications:
Qualifications and bid proposals are being solicited from qualified firms by the City of Wheat Ridge for design build services to renovate the existing Leisure Pool at the Anderson Park outdoor pool complex. Aspects of the design and build services shall include removal of a hydro tower and the supporting infrastructure; resurfacing of the pool; repairs to pool amenities and partial resurfacing of the decking at the larger outdoor pool. Bid shall include design, preparations of a complete set of design documents for permitting and construction, and for the general construction of defined renovations. The general construction shall include the work of all trades to complete a turnkey project. Construction work shall be completed in the Fall of 2015. The Design Build project budget is $180,000.
