DRAWINGS are located at ftp://ci.wheatridge.co.us/outbox/ Username: cowrftp Password: cowrftp2012 File name: ITB-15-19 Clear Creek Trail Construction The Clear Creek Trail project shall include construction of a 10'ft wide concrete trail with gravel shoulders along a section of Clear Creek from west of Kipling Street and north of 41st Ave. The alignment parallels Clear Creek and its abutting wetlands in the western portion of the project area. The project also includes the demolition of fencing, installation of new single rail fencing, addition of a new asphalt trailhead/parking area at Kipling Street, curb and gutter replacement, pedestrian and vehicle access ramp modification, miscellaneous roadway repairs and site restoration to re-establish vegetation in disturbed areas of the construction zone. Budget is in the range of $380,000.
