Summary of Specifications:
Site specific professional brownfields environmental remediation services are required for property located at 7690 W. 38th Avenue and 3790 Yukon Court in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Renewal Wheat Ridge owns the property, has received an approved Analysis of Brownfield Cleanup Alternatives (ABCA), and the site is approved for participation in the Colorado voluntary Cleanup Program (VCUP) through the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). A Colorado Brownfields Revolving Loan Fund award in the amount of $354,052 is available to complete the clean-up work. Clean up of the property and receipt of a No Further Action Determination letter are the goals of this project.
