RFP-25-011 - Branding Services

The City's goal is to contract with a qualified individual or firm to provide exceptional Branding Services services. The selected vendor(s) will supply a catalog of garments suitable for staff uniforms across various departments, and apply consistent branding through embroidery, screen printing, or other quality methods. While each department manages its own purchasing, the goal is to create a streamlined and reliable process that ensures professional, uniform appearance organization-wide. This also includes optional services for branding on promotional giveaway items—such as hats, mugs, and water bottles—as well as branding on garments already owned by departments.
