RFP-16-11 - ADA Transition Plan Consulting Services

Summary of Specifications:
The City is requesting proposals from qualified accessibility consultants to provide the City with an ADA Transition Plan considering current policies and practices and using our established right of way inventory including sidewalks, curb ramps, bicycle/pedestrian trail, traffic control signals and transit facilities. Please view Exhibits 1 and 2. The anticipated start date is mid-June, 2016. The proposed budget for this work is between $30,000 to $45,000, final amount to be based on a negotiated scope. This is a second request for these services, however the City has re-evaluated the budget, scope and time needed for a successful project.
