Summary of Specifications:
The City seeks a qualified individual or firm to provide professional services for the preparation of urban street concepts for 38th Ave. between Wadsworth Blvd. and Harlan St. Scope of Work shall include development of alternate designs, presentations to City Council, stakeholders, and the public, and preparation of estimated costs for the various alternatives. The primary focus of this planning process in to obtain community consensus on a preferred alternative for 38th Ave. Budget for these services is estimated between $50,000 and $75,000.
