SCOPE OF WORK TO INCLUDE GATHERING INPUT FROM STAFF, ELECTED OFFICIALS, AND NEIGHBORHOOD, AS WELL AS REFERENCING THE AMENITIES RECOMMENDATION IN THE ADOPTED 2006 PARKS AND RECREATION MASTER PLAN. INCLUDE DEVELOPMENT OF MAINTENANCE COSTS RELATED TO THE DESIGN. ANTICIPATED START DATE OF FEBRUARY 2008 AND COMPLETION BY JUNE 2008.
