Summary of Specifications:
Provide all labor, equipment and materials for the 2015 Overlay Project. Approximate quantities include: 165,000 SY full mill, 21,000 T HMA overlay, 750 SY 10” concrete, 2,500 LF 5’3” sidewalk, 1,000 LF 6’6” sidewalk, 400 SY 4” concrete, 600 SY 6” concrete, 20,000 SF modified epoxy (recess), 23,500 SF modified epoxy & 20,000 SF temp paint. Cost Range is $2,000,000 to $2,250,000. Anticipated start date is Mid-May, 2015. Completion time is approximately 120 working days. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project.
