Provide all labor, equipment and materials: Approximate quantities include: Base Bid: 147,000 SY slurry, 250 SY patching, 14,000 SF epoxy striping and 2,000 LF 24” tape. One (1) Alternate Bid: 9,200 SY slurry, 1,700 SF striping. Cost Range is $380,000.00 to $400,000.00. Anticipated start date May 2012. Completion time is approximately Seventeen (17) working days plus One (1) working day for all the Bid Alternate. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project.
