Project Description: 

Thornton is seeking design and development services for the City of Thornton Water Project Construction Website Design and Hosting Services. 

1. Website Design – build and periodic maintenance Services, and 2. Website Hosting Services. 

The Agreement shall terminate on December 31, 2029, unless sooner terminated by Thornton’s issuance of a Termination Notice. Upon request, rates and charges may be adjusted annually for subsequent one (1) year terms on the anniversary date of the Agreement provided; however, that increases in rates and charges may not exceed the inflation rate defined by the Engineering News Record’s current CCI. 

To be minimally qualified for consideration for award, proposing firms must have successfully completed five (5) projects in Colorado that have a similar degree of complexity and cost within the past five (5) years. Proposing firms must have experience in designing construction-related websites.
