The City of Thornton is soliciting proposals for firmst to perform Construction Management/Resident Engineer Services for the Thornton Water Project (“TWP”), Segment C of the TWP to be constructed in Weld County, and the future growth area of Johnstown Colorado. Segment C is divided into two reaches, North and South, each approximately 7.5 miles (totaling approximately 15 miles of 42” diameter pipeline and appurtenances). Construction shall be performed by a Contractor awarded by Thornton separate from this Agreement.
