Additional Bidding Instructions

It is Thornton’s intent to prequalify Contractors and make short list selection for the Thornton Shopping Center Abatement and Demolition, Project No. 22‑123. Respondents will be qualified on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, past-performance, safety record, financial standing, and workforce/employee factors. Short-listed Respondents will be permitted to submit a Bid proposal in response to a forthcoming Bid Solicitation. Bid package will include demolition drawings and asbestos abatement specifications. It is Thornton’s intent to award the Project based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bid proposal.
