Thornton intends to qualify Respondents based on their specific qualifications as they apply to the Thornton Shopping Center Remediation Excavation, Project No. 22-123A

The anticipated work to be bid under the Shopping Center Remediation Excavation, Project No. 22-123 consists of the removal of building foundations, stormwater management, sanitary sewer removal, excavation, treatment, and off-site disposal of 10,000 cubic yards or more of known or potentially hazardous and non-hazardous contaminated soil, debris, and bedrock from depths of up to 24 feet, construction dewatering of contaminated groundwater, and site reclamation in accordance with applicable regulations.
