Summary of Specifications:
City of Thornton is seeking Onsite Interpreter Services. The initial term of the Agreement shall terminate on December 31, 2014; however Thornton shall have the sole option of renewing the Agreement for up to four (4) additional one (1) year terms. Fees shall be firm for the first year of the Agreement, with reasonable price adjustments for renewal years, to be mutually negotiated by both Service Provider and Thornton, provided however that increases in rates shall not exceed the inflation rate defined by the Denver-Boulder-Greeley, Colorado, CPI Index.
