RFP-182-11 - Economic Development Website Design and Hosting Services

Summary of Specifications:
Project Description: Thornton’s Office of Economic Development (“OED”) requires the following services: 1. Website design – build and periodic maintenance services, and 2. Website hosting services. Thornton may, at its sole option, split the award between two firms for the design – build and maintenance services and the hosting services. The initial term of the Agreement shall terminate on December 31, 2012; however Thornton shall have the sole option of renewing the Agreement for up to seven (7) additional one (1) years terms. Upon request by the Service Provider, rates for the subsequent renewal terms may be negotiated and revised annually on the renewal date of the Agreement. Renewal rates shall be agreed upon by the Parties prior to the beginning of each such renewal term, provided however, that increases in rates shall not exceed the inflation rate defined by the Denver-Boulder-Greeley, Colorado, Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
