RFQ-TB-14-009 - Travel Demand Model Phase 1 & 2

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified consultants as specifically addressed in Section 3 - Scope of Service. Proposer (this term used interchangeably with “Consultant”) shall furnish all personnel, supervision, management, labor, parts, tools, equipment, materials, and/or transportation, necessary to perform these services. A scored evaluation will be conducted for each submittal and award will be made to the Proposer whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the City of Pueblo considering the evaluation factors set forth in Section 2.
