Purpose of Request for Proposal
The City of Pueblo is soliciting proposals for the sale of property owned by the City, more specifically, the property located in the Johnston Place Rearrangement of Property Boundaries RFB 20-08, near the intersection of Chester Avenue and E. City Center Drive, Pueblo, CO 81003, in accordance with all the terms and conditions contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The property offered for sale is more particularly described in Section 3 of this RFP. A minimum bid of Three Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($3,600.00) is required. Bids under that amount will not be considered.
Proposers are urged to read the attached solicitation documents thoroughly before submitting their Proposals.
A scored evaluation will be conducted for each Proposal received in accordance with this solicitation. The City of Pueblo (City) reserves the right to reject any and all submittals for any or all items covered in the Request for Proposal, to waive informalities or defects in submittals or to accept any submittal as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. The sale of the Referenced property shall be contingent upon execution of a Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate approved by the Pueblo City Council.
