Summary of Specifications:
In general, the successful bidder will complete the removal of old roof material and installation of a new roof at the WRF, Digester Control Room, located at 1300 S Queens, Pueblo, Colorado. Approximate area: 250 square feet. Submitted prices are to include all charges for labor, materials, delivery, tools and equipment necessary to perform and complete all phases of the project. If a contractor cannot attend the mandatory pre-bid, they must send a company representative to the meeting to take notes and to hear comments and concerns of both the City and other interested contractors.
