21-036 - RFP Sale of Property in Adee, Chamberlin, & Wileys 2nd Filing Subdivision

The City of Pueblo is soliciting proposals for the sale of property owned by the City; more specifically, a property located in the Adee, Chamberlin & Wileys 2nd Filing Subdivision, midblock on the north side of W. 12th Street, East of Adee Street intersection in Pueblo, CO, 81003, in accordance with all the terms and conditions contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The property offered for sale is more particularly described in Section 3 of this RFP. A minimum bid of Two Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) is required; bids under that amount will not be considered.
