Summary of Specifications:
In general, this project will consist of the construction of streetscape improvements on Lake Avenue, from Highland Avenue to Indiana Avenue as specified in the plans and the specifications, including but not limited to – roadway demolition and reconstruction, utilities installation (water main, storm sewer and sanitary sewer, landscaping and related items.
