IFB-TB-13i-028 - Environmental Testing, Evaluation, and Management at 1535 Cypress

Summary of Specifications:
The City of Pueblo is soliciting competitive bids for the above referenced project. In general, the successful bidder will provide permits, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, freight, and insurance for environmental review and consulting for the renovation of two single family dwellings. All submittals must be completed and returned prior to the Submittal Deadline. 

Prospective bidders must satisfy themselves by personal examination of the work site and the proposed scope of work as to the correctness of any service requested in the bid. Bidder shall not, after submission of proposal, dispute or complain of such cost estimate, nor assert that there was any misunderstanding in regard to the nature or amount of work to be done.
